Spinner DLG discus launch glider

This is an EPP DLG kit made by Ed Berg's UpSlopeSailplanes (previously UpSlopeSoaring).

It's a great idea: a relatively inexpensive DLG kit, with almost unbreakable EPP wings and pod. The target weight is around 425g(=15oz) which puts it in the heavy side of the DLGs available nowadays, so it's not a great flatlander but if you have strong thermals and/or slope lift available it will perform very well.

I bought the kit on 2003.05, only started building it on 2003.07 and finally gave up on 2003.10 when I ordered my Draco DLG and cannibalized some Spinner parts for it.

I gave up building because I don't have enough available time, what's great because it hides my absolute inaptitude at building... :-)
